Looking Back on Spring and Forward to Summer
This past spring has been very wet, unusually wet actually. The news the other day said that this was St. Louis’ seventh wettest May on record, and that is not even counting the rain we are getting tonight. This rain will keep the grass growing into the summer months we are coming up upon.
Remember that St. Louis summers are hot and humid. When the weather is hot the mowing height needs to be adjusted. Mowing at a higher level will shade the ground and grass roots. This shade will keep the roots cooler and will keep your grass greener.
St. Louis Lawn Care is experienced and will mow your lawn at the correct height based on the weather and season.
